Askel Aden is queer cartoonist and bog creature based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has a BA in Graphic Storytelling from The Animation Workshop.
His Danish comics trilogy "Åndevandrer" was nominated for a Ping Award in the Best Danish Comic category, and his graphic novel "Love, Misha" was a Morris C Williams finalist, and has been nominated for a Lambda Award and for Nordic Councils Children and Youth Literature Award.
When he isn’t making too many different comics at the same time, he might be spotted in the wilderness looking at mushrooms and herons or in the kitchen baking cakes for his friends.
